I'm so glad you found your way here.

I'm Amanda. A lifelong learner and deep dive researcher who never got comfortable with hearing her doctor say how lucky she was to be alive...multiple times in less than 2 years.

My health struggles got serious and forced me to make some changes in a hurry. The kind you have to make because you're tired of having a hospital bag packed, you aren't a fan of ordering from a limited menu while you're laying in a hospital bed as a human pin cushion, wondering if your dogs miss you too, and you really just want to get back to the people you love and start living life again.

The things I learned made me want to share that knowledge with everyone I could. Coaching one on one was great, but I was limited to how many people I could schedule on my calendar.
